Another lovely day for the first of winter, but as we now both have coughs and snotty colds, stayed here and rested up in attempts to overcome them. Play days all round meant visiting the waterfall again, although markedly less water coming over now it is not raining, dinghy around the inlet, take the walk up to the aboriginal site, in addition to reading and relaxing. Also the simple pleasure of some cooking and enjoyed fresh scones with strawberry jam and cream. So hard to take...
Pictures today are obviously the baking rtitual, the aboriginal cave paintings up on the hill, and a lonely GD forced to endure the solitude of Nara inlet.
Yep looks hard to take alright!
ReplyDeleteWe celebrated the first day of winter here not with rain (which was nice) but instead a persistent fog which didnt burn off at all. It just got a bit thinner at lunchtime, then thickend up again into a peasouper as dusk fell.
